To Whom it May Concern: Project Description Aroma India Cuisine Arturo Delgadillo is requesting approval of a Use Permit to include liquor service and a small scale beer brewing operation in conjunction with the existing Fridas Restaurant located in 3012 Jefferson St, Napa, Ca. 94558. Alcohol at the restaurant is currently limited to beer and wine. No changes to the restaurant layout are propose in conjunction with the liquor service, is intended to be in its majority for diners.
